These are by far our most versatile and most used pike lures in the sea, lake and river! The Spintube Pike is pike resistant, as it is equipped with a durable steel cable. It has a large single hook, which enables pike fishing even in grass and water lilies without constantly losing your nerve, because this lure doesn't stick to grass that easily. The lure is made of natural hair, which makes it very lively. The lure changes size in the middle of swimming, because when reeling, the lure goes into the mouth and when stopped, the hairs open. That's what pike is all about wondering. Spintube Pike is available in both slow-sinking (35 g) and fast-sinking (45 g) models.
Slow: The slow-sinking Spintube Pike is at its best during cold water in autumn and spring, when pike are feeding in shallower waters. The lure is swam slowly, because during cold water even the pike are a bit slow in their movements. In the summer, this model works so-called as a surface lure or in shallow water lilies.
Fast: The fast-sinking Spintube Pike tastes best to a skittish pike in warm summer waters. It is reeled in faster, because at that time the pike are active and especially like fast food. In spring and autumn, this heavier lure can be used in deeper areas.
